Year 2 Geography lesson 1 (23.02.2021)
In this lesson, you will be learning about different types of settlements. We will look at each settlement carefully so you can identify the features and differences between each settlement. This lesson will allow you to investigate aerial photographs displaying the image of each settlement.
Y2 PSHE lesson 1 - 24/02/2021
In this lesson, you are going to recap how to keep healthy. We will be looking at different aspects to keep ourselves healthy, for example, body, mind, teeth and sleep. This will allow you to identify good and bad habits of each aspect.
In this lesson, you will be doing some mono-printing. You will be using ink or paint print the images you design. You will be using different tools in this lesson to create your design as well as choosing the colours you think best suit the design. You will then be printing you design onto card and looking at the effect of the printing
Year 2 RE lesson 1 (25.02.2021)
In this lesson, we are learning about why Easter is important to Christians. We will be looking at the Easter story and understanding why Jesus was important in the Easter story. Have a think about how do you celebrate Easter and why?
Year 2 History lesson 1 (26.02.2021)
In this lesson, we are finding out what we can learn from Samuel Pepys’ diary. We’ll be looking back at what we learnt in spring 1 about the Great fire of London. We will watch a video about Samuel Pepys and his diary, then answer some key questions.
