Year 2 Geography lesson 5
In today’s lesson, we will be learning about why coastlines are important. We will also be able to identify the different type of coastlines. This lesson will allow you to understand how coastlines are used to our benefit.

In today’s lesson, we will be learning about the Guru Granth Sahib, known as, the Sikh holy book. We will be understanding the important of the Guru Granth Sahib and what it teaches Sikhs. We will identify the ways Sikhs show respect towards the Guru Granth Sahib and its importance to Sikh lives. In this lesson will be looking at different sources of evidence that inform us about the Great Fire of London.
Year 2 Art lesson 5
In today’s lesson, we continue to focus on the artist Georgia O’keefe. You should have completed a fantastic sketch of the flower you will be painting. You are going to practise mixing colours on purple mash to make the exact shade. Once you have done that, have a go mixing some paints and painting your flower! Don’t forget to focus on the detail and use darker shades on the outside.
